Projects

I am currently building four related projects in writing, publishing, research, and coaching.

Each has a distinct audience and form. All draw practical judgments from experience and enduring traditions.

WRITING & PUBLICATION

The Inkblot Model

Essays on leadership, philosophy, institutions, culture, faith, and the lessons hidden inside ordinary work. Experience rarely interprets itself; the intellectual and moral account we bring to it shapes what we are able to see.

PUBLISHING

Lampstand Works

Guided journals and practical resources drawn from Scripture, philosophy, theology, history, and the Western intellectual tradition. Current work includes journals organized around enduring texts, figures, and traditions.

In development.

RESEARCH

Untaught Foundations

A working paper and broader research agenda on what 2,400 years of philosophy reveal about leading people and building organizational culture, especially the role of prudence, virtue, freedom, purpose, and responsibility.

COACHING & FORMATION

Virtue-Centered Coaching

A coaching model for developing judgment, character, interior freedom, and purposeful action. It applies classical philosophy and the Christian intellectual tradition to leadership, transitions, and consequential decisions.

Collaboration

I welcome conversation with people whose work overlaps these projects in research, publishing, leadership, or organizational practice.
